All orders are processed as soon as possible - we aim for within the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Area: We ship to all 50 U.S. (United States) states.

No PO (Post Office) Boxes or International Shipping: We do not ship to PO boxes or international addresses at this time.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

4. Risk of Loss & Title
All items are shipped FOB (Free On Board) shipping point. This means that once your order leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to you. Louxnyx, and its affiliates (Amber Budd Atelier, L.L.C.) is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments after the carrier has accepted the package.
If you encounter a problem during transit, such as a lost or damaged package, you will need to work directly with the carrier to file a claim. Louxnyx will assist with providing shipment details to support your claim but cannot guarantee a resolution from the carrier.
Plain Summary: Once the carrier picks up your package, you own it. If something happens during shipping, you’ll need to work with the carrier, and we can help by providing tracking info.
5. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 2 business days of delivery for unopened and unused products only. A product is considered “used” if the seal is broken.

Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and undamaged.

Authorization Required: All returns require prior authorization. Louxnyx reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the eligibility or condition requirements.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us at info@louxnyx.com within 2 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Sale and Clearance Items
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
