What is your Return Policy?

Accepted Answer

Quick version: unopened + unused = returnable within 2 days of delivery. We’re protective of your skin (and ours), so once something’s opened, it can’t come back.
If it hasn't been opened or used, contact us at info@louxnyx.com with the order number and the words "return request" in the subject line. (example subject line:  Order number 1001 return request)

Yes, all products do! Check the little jar icon on the label of your product. The tiny number inside tells you how many months it’s good for after opening. (Skincare’s version of “best by.”)

Yes - Just peel off the label and toss the rest into your usual recycling bin or clean well and reuse! Easy on your skin and the planet.
