Quick version: unopened + unused = returnable within 2 days of delivery. We’re protective of your skin (and ours), so once something’s opened, it can’t come back. If it hasn't been opened or used, contact us at info@louxnyx.com with the order number and the words "return request" in the subject line. (example subject line: Order number 1001 return request)
